EirGrid and Tonn Nua team welcome Minister Darragh O’Brien to inaugural meeting
Representatives from EirGrid, the operator and developer of Ireland’s electricity grid; and representatives from the joint venture partnership developing Tonn Nua (ESB and Ørsted), were delighted to welcome Darragh O’Brien, Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment,to their inaugural meeting.
The meeting brought together key project members to discuss early-stage coordination across all areas, marking an important milestone of collaboration for Ireland’s offshore renewable energy future.
