Protected Disclosures Reports
EirGrid is required under Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 to publish an annual report setting out the number of protected disclosures received in the preceding year and the action taken, if any.
Protected Disclosures Annual Report 2022
Report prepared in accordance with Section 22 Protected Disclosures Act, 2014
Under Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 each public body is required to publish an annual report setting out the number of protected disclosures received in the preceding year and the action taken (if any). This report must not result in persons making disclosures being identifiable.
Disclosures in respect of the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022
In accordance with Section 21.1 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, EirGrid has established and maintains procedures for the making of protected disclosures.
There were no protected disclosures submitted in respect of the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
